We handle all facets of each deal from selecting the properties, negotiating the price, raising funds, securing a mortgage, incorporating, taxes & tax planning, and distributions. We want you as the investor to simply sit back and collect checks.

We are more flexible in our investment types versus a large reit
Mr. Greenman is in-house counsel to cut the costs associated with incorporation
