The team manages the tenants and makes sure you can sit back and collect checks. Mr. Greenman acts as counsel which lowers initial costs for incorporation and drafting of the entity formation documents. He also saw that single owners struggle with the cash flow to buy properties over 1 million in price.  This is why our focus in on this 1-5 million dollar market and why our returns are so high, lack of demand suppresses prices and increases CAP rates. Greenman Industries has found a niche in the real estate market.  They understand that large REIT and crowd funding companies (ie. Fundrise, Yieldstreet, MODIV) do not want to bother with small properties (sub 5 million in price).  Furthermore, we have carved a path over the years with specific lenders who know, trust and want our business.  This has allowed for us to bypass traditional finance broker fees and close deals cheaper and faster.

  • Jeff Greenman

    PRESIDENT

    Jeff Greenman is the President of Greenman Industries. He has a B.A. in economics from the University of Washington, after college he obtained his law degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA and has been a practicing attorney for the past 15 years.

    In 2013, looking to diversify his portfolio, Mr. Greenman started purchasing residential real estate. Over the years he transitioned to purchasing commercial and industrial properties due to their strength and ease of ownership. As his portfolio grew, people started to engage him on what he was up to. That’s how the first syndication deal was born and that has been the focus since.

  • Jeff Gahagan

    SIOR BROKER

    Principal with Lee & Associates and has been at the firm since 2004 and a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. Mr. Gahagan has been involved in over 7.0 million square feet of sale and lease transactions with an aggregate transaction volume in excess of $750 million with over 600 completed transactions nationwide.

    Mr. Gahagan has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate transactions which help him offer premium full-service brokerage services to owners/users, landlords/tenants, investors and developers.

    In addition to brokerage, Mr. Gahagan is an active investor, both individually and with past and current clients in various commercial real estate NNN leased investments nationwide. Mr. Gahagan resides in Ladera Ranch, CA with his wife Jenny and 3 young children.

  • Heather Greenman

    HEAD OF MARKETING

    Heather Greenman has been with Greenman Industries since 2013. She comes from a science background she obtained at the University of Connecticut. Shortly after college she started her own sales company and later a successful diagnostic laboratory. Her attention to detail has become a great asset to Greenman Industries in the hectic world of real estate.

    Heather focuses on sales, marketing and investor relationships at Greenman Industries.
