WHY REAL ESTATE?

Historically, Real Estate investing has outperformed the stock market.  Not only has it outperformed financially it has also proven to be far more stable.  While we recommend a healthy diversification into the market along side private real estate investing, we cannot downplay the benefits of real estate.  Namely, stability, cash flow, tax advantages, and peace of mind. 

To date, the average investor is accumulating a 9% gross cash return annually.  On top of that, each investor owns a percentage of the deal and shares in the equity contributions as well as the tax advantages of depreciation on a pro rata share.  Once appreciation is equated, you will be earning approximately 12% annually.
